Your intake asks for every medication, supplement, and hormone you take, and for any medication allergies. For peptide protocols, it also asks how much of each you take and how often, whether you have used peptides before, which ones, and whether you had a reaction. Answer honestly. Your physician needs the full picture.
The physician decides. Not every request is approved, and a physician may decide that no protocol is appropriate for you. You are not charged for a protocol the physician does not approve.
Not necessarily. Your physician prescribes only from what the physician network offers, only where it is offered in your state, and only when it is appropriate for you. The physician network does not offer everything that is sold online.
Available nationwide. Some protocols, including some peptide protocols, are not offered in every state, so what a physician can prescribe depends on where you are located.
